Exchange Policy

Depending upon the product type we provide exchange facility as well. Not all products are eligible for exchange.

Condition for Exchange:

For Products which are eligible for exchange clients need to come to our Office (Balaju) and can exchange their item. For customer outside Kathmandu client need to cover shipping charge.

Product needs to be in intact form. That mean if they are inside package the package should also be returned with the original product. If product is damaged we can’t exchange that.

Client should return the product within 3 days of delivery. The day when it is delivered will also be counted. If product is delivered on Sunday client need to exchange within Tuesday.

We are open from 1PM to 5PM for exchange. Exchange request for on other time is not acceptable.

Return Policy

Our very few items are only eligible for return. In such cases client can ask for refund.

Condition for return:

Client need to inform with detail why they want to initiate a refund request. If refund request is valid then only we can provide refund. Company reserve the right to reject the refund request but still they are eligible for exchange with any other item.

If our delivered product is damaged or it is different from what you ordered you can initiate refund request.

You need to initiate refund request within 3 days of item delivered. The day when it is delivered will also be counted. If product is delivered on Sunday client need to initiate refund request within Tuesday.

NB: Delivery charge is not refundable.
